Доброго дня!
Я не профи в настройке АТС, мои знания ограничиваются уровнем обновить\сделать приветствия\переадресацию и подобные тривиальные вещи, потому не кидайте тапкой если то что я напишу ниже очевидно для вас. Ситуация следующая, когда то давно АТС была настроена и все работало хорошо. Провайдер арендовал поток у другого провайдера, по причине отсутствия собственных линий в здании. Недавно эти линии появились и было решено уйти от аренды канала и перевести на свое оборудование. Но что-то пошло не так, после перевода, входящие вызовы стали работать очень не корректно в 95% случаев просто происходит обрыв, на номерах с голосовым привествием при попытке донабора, или ожидания секретаря атс отбивает что номер находится в режиме не беспокоить (хотя это не так), и только около 5% звонков поступает корректно. Не точно, но возможно, проблема со звонками начинается когда начинается рабочий день, т.е. атс загружена чуть сильнее чем никак? Как посмотреть ее нагрузку? Провайдер говорит что с их стороны все хорошо, с нашей стороны никаких изменений настроек атс не происходило но факт остается фактом – входящая связь работает не корректно. Куда копать и что делать?
