[Save As] -> Format [CCITT u-law], (A) 8,000 kHz, 8bit, mono, 7KB/sec -> OK OR Settings [CoolEdit Pro] Below are the file properties from Adobe Audition 3 used => File; => Batch processing => convert to desired format "File Type: 8000Hz, 16-bit, Mono Uncompressed Size: 125.00 KB (128,000 bytes) File Format: ACM Waveform Microsoft ACM: CCITT u-Law Size on Disk: 62.55 KB (64,058 bytes)" 1. (Eg some handset lifter models) - they may not "see" a non standard ring tone as a ring - and then do not ring the cordless headset * These TonRing files are replaced with the default files on every system S/W upgrade. ***So Back them up!*** Assigning the ring tone to a Hard Phone (LiP phone) To download a ring tone from system memory: 1. Press [Menu] and dial [1] to select "Ring" option. 2. Dial [6] for ring tone download. 3. Dial a ring tone option location (5-8). 4. Dial Ring Selection 0-9. Tone sounds. (listen) 5. Press [SAVE] to download. Then Choose the Ring Type for the Ring File you just downloaded. |
