Можно ли средствами IPECS, реализовать очередь входящих вызовов.
При входящем звонке по нажатию клавиши 2 звонок направляется на группу операторов, если все операторы заняты необходимо проиграть сообщение "извените все операторы заняты, вам ответят через несколько минут" играет мелодия и звонок встает в очередь до тех пор пока оператор из группы неосвободиться. Если возможно подскажите как. |
